1= Not traditional at all. I prefer women to be tough and more masculine. Soft women are a turn off for me. 3= I'm a modern man who prefers modern women who are independent and free of stereotypes. I still appreciate feminine women though. 5= I'm open to anyone. I have no preference either way for a woman who is feminine or more masculine. 7= I'm pretty traditional and think men should be men and women should be women. I also accept the world has changed however. 10= I firmly believe men and women should stick to their roles and what has happened in the past. I like women who are gentle, maternal and emotional.

(For Women) How traditional are you in your expectations of men being masculine, on a scale of 1-10? *

1= Not traditional at all. Masculine men and alpha males turn me off. 3= I do like masculinity in men but I still lean towards more sensitive men who are emotionally aware. 5= I can appreciate men who are masculine or more sensitive, I am open to either if they are a good match. 7= I am quite traditional and comfortable with men being in familiar expressions of masculinity. I find I function better when things are polarised in this way. 10= I'm very traditional and want a man who is strong, successful and confident in his masculinity. I am happy to play a more feminine role in the relationship.
