Welcome to Affinity One and AFFINITY ONE AUSTRALIA. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Membership Enrollment

  1. Free Membership: Membership is free and can be initiated through our web-based contact forms or via verbal agreement. By becoming a member, you consent to be included in our database of singles seeking partners.

  2. Silver Membership: Silver Membership is free and allows you to attend events in your local area, subject to availability. These events are organized and paid for through Eventbrite, a third-party platform. Affinity One is not responsible for event scheduling, availability, or payment processing.

Matchmaking and Consulting Services

  1. Paid Membership Options: We offer three paid options for matchmaking and consulting services: Silver Pro, Gold, and Global. The fees associated with each option are outlined on our services page.

  2. Service Duration and Refund Policy: Our services are provided for a three-month trial period. During this time, our consultants will work to find a suitable match for you using our database and, for Global members, our extended international database. If your initial goals are not met within this period, you may request a refund.

  3. Consultation Services: Upon payment, clients are entitled to an initial screening consultation via phone or video call, as well as a 45-minute consultation when potential matches are identified.

  4. Additional Services: Follow-up consultations, coaching, logistics handling, and matching with high-quality profiles are available at additional costs, subject to agreement.

Liability and Responsibilities

  1. Disclaimer: Our consultants provide guidance only and are not responsible for any actions, conduct, or personal changes resulting from our services. Clients are expected to use their own judgment and discretion.

Data Protection

  1. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy. No client data is shared with third parties without the client’s prior consent.

General Terms

  1. Modifications: Affinity One reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.

  2. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Australian Consumer Law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
