The Matching Fee is agreed upon in advance based on what the client is looking for and willing to assign value to. However, the Matching Fee is only paid when a successful match has been found (a "match" constitutes an agreed introduction by BOTH parties and a satisfactory first meeting). An invoice will be sent to one or both parties, applicable to Gold members or those affiliated with Affinity One.

Yes! After 3 months from the time of the initial Service Fee payment, clients are entitled to apply for a refund if they are not satisfied with the service. However, they cannot apply for a refund for Matching Fees. They can be reimbursed for the full Service Fee if unsatisfied. We encourage clients to persist for at least 12 months, as our work is subject to availability.
